A: 1) For our new customers, the sample cost is $70 per design. it will be refunded when the order quantity is over 3000
pcs/style.
2) For our long-term relationship clients, the sample cost can be negotiable.

Q: What is your Sample and Mass production lead time?
A: 1) Sample time: 5 -7 working days;
2) Mass production time: Generally, 25-35 days according to the order quantity and complexity.

Q: What is your Standard Packaging ?
A: Each toy will be packed in a individual PPE bag, then will be put into the carton with certain quantity, the carton size will
depend on customers' requirments, or with our recommended of reasonable size.
