A baby deer on Long Island accidentally went for a dip in a swimming pool and needed to be pulled out.

Watch the video of the deer fall in the pool and get rescued above.

Greg Masaitis and his 12-year-old son Anthony Masaitis watched as a baby deer fell into their backyard swimming pool. Anthony quickly ran over to help the animal.

"I was actually gonna think about jumping in 'cause I thought she was gonna go into the deep end," Anthony said about rescuing the deer.

Once the newborn deer was back on land, it was eventually reunited with its mother.
